Shipping Policy
Production and Dispatch
As our products are made to order and highly personalised, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be created and dispatched. Exceptions may apply during promotional and busy holiday periods. If you require a rush order, please email us at magnetisedmoments@gmail.com with your order number so we can prioritise your request.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimated from the dispatch date and are not guaranteed. Once packages are handed over to our shipping provider, arrival times are beyond our control and are managed by Australia Post.
Responsibility
Magnetised Moments is not responsible for:
- Errors made by Australia Post
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers
- Damage to orders by the postal service
- PO Box issues
- Stolen packages after delivery
If you have questions regarding your shipment, please contact us with your order number, and we will assist where possible.
Additional Details
- All shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you need to change your shipping method or made a mistake, please contact us at magnetisedmoments@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Items delayed due to Australia Post are not eligible for a refund if successfully delivered, even if late.
Tracking Details
You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched. Shortly after, you will receive tracking notifications from Australia Post, including estimated delivery times and options to manage your delivery. These emails may take up to 24 hours to appear in your inbox. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam folder or contact us at magneticmoments@gmail.com.

Failure to Deliver/Pick Up
As the recipient, you are responsible for any costs incurred for parcels returned to us due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information, or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centers. If you receive a collection slip, please pick up your parcel from the nearest post office promptly to avoid it being returned to us after 3 days. Standard shipping fees will apply for parcels re-sent from our office.
Customer Pick Up
Customer pick-up is available. You will be notified via email once your order is ready for pick-up, usually within 24 hours. Pick-up is from Hill Top, NSW. Once you receive the email, we will arrange a collection time. Please note that collection cannot occur without a scheduled time.
