Return Policy
Returns
As our products are made to order and personalised, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or misuse of the product. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 12 hours of placing it at magnetisedmoments@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has entered production within this 12-hour period, we can only offer a refund for the shipping and a partial refund of your order total to cover costs.
Damages and Issues / Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, we may offer an exchange or refund. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 3 days of item being delivered at magnetisedmoments@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If we are processing your return claims for a defective or faulty item and issuing a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee) and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at magnetisedmoments@gmail.com.
